This field will return items with a date field containing your query. You can enter a partial date - for example, “16” will return items with a date from the 17th Century, and “169” will return items with a date from the 1690s.
This search will not return dates within a range, for example “1670” will not return an item dated “1660-1680”. To find objects within a range you may need to do multiple searches.
